Introduction
Iels ont voulu reproduire la 3e expérience de l'article de McCabs et Castel (2008), qui était celle qui avait montré la plus grande taille d'effet du papier (d = 0.40).
Globalement, l'expérience montrait qu'il y avait une différence de jugement si l'on montrait aux gens un article traitant
Method
La question de recherche qui guide ce travail est donc : Quelle est la taille d’effet réelle liée à la 3e xp de MacCabe et Castel (2008)
Globalement iels ont fait un design 2x2 intersujets avec :
- La présence (vs absence) d'image de cerveau montrant l'activité du lobe frontal
- La présence (vs absence) d'une critique le contenu de l'article
